Situated on the 9th floor, this project offers optimal exposure to natural light from four directions. This design not only benefits students within the classrooms but also allows staff and students to appreciate the view and gentle eastern light in the lounge area. The project meticulously attends to all essential educational areas and adheres to standard accessibility requirements, ensuring a well-rounded and inclusive environment.

The Gardein Protein renovation project was within the production warehouse, spanning 6,062 square feet, along with 1,335 square feet designated for office space. The design follows BC building codes, giving special attention to fire-resistant ratings in production and warehouse areas.

Phase II of the Punjabi Masihi church project witnessed the envisioning and design of an expanded main hall along with the introduction of a daycare facility on the lower level. Departing from conventional worship spaces, a focus on modernity and functional simplicity was embraced, aligning with the operational needs of mixed-use approaches.
Cohesion was preserved by adhering to the existing building’s materials, and holy pale colors were seamlessly incorporated into the facade, fostering a harmonious blend across the entire structure.
